TFE - Tubing


Heat Shrinkable TFE ( Polytetraflouroethylene ) is a high temperature heat shrinkable Fluoropolymer intended for applications up to 500°F. TFE meets AMS 3584 and MIL -I- 23053/12 specifications. Many different shrink ratios and wall thickness are available.

Dual Wall TFE / FEP


Heat Shrinkable Dual Wall TFE / FEP Tubing is constructed with an exterior jacket of heat shrinkable TFE and an inner liner of FEP. Dual Wall TFE / FEP is designed for use in areas of high temperature, and takes advantage of an FEP inner liner that melts during shrink down. The FEP melt liner creates a seal not available with other Fluoropolymers.

Dual Wall TFE / FEP is designed to provide a tight, moisture-proof bond over wires, cables, connectors, splices, terminals, etc.


Shrinks at 625 Continuous use 500 F Max.

Inner liner of FEP melts and forms a complete seal

Heat Shrinkable Polyolefin is a very effective and economical way to protect your wires and electrical connections from moisture, chemical, and mechanical damage. Polyolefin is designed to shrink uniformly over irregular shapes and sizes. Polyolefin Tubing can be designed to work in any industrial application from general purpose to flexible and flame retardant.

Dual Wall Polyolefin


A flexible high shrink ratio material with a meltable adhesive liner that flows and seals when heated. Excellent for permanent moisture protection when sealing in outdoor and marine environments. Adhesive liner bonds to a wide variety of plastics, rubbers and metals. Great for one-step insulation and sealing.
